Who we serve.

We understand that not all women may feel that they can leave an abusive situation and that they may need some support through the steps and education about domestic violence.  The PASSAGE Program provides Outreach Counseling Services to empower women to feel more in control of their lives and their choices; most importantly the choices that will keep them and their children safe.  Typically, they will set up goals, receive counseling, work toward a greater understanding of domestic violence and take the steps they choose in order to remain safe or to leave an abusive relationship.

Outreach Counseling Services are provided free to women in western Niagara County who reside outside of our shelter.  They can be seen in their homes, at our main office, or in another location where they feel safe.
