Who we serve.

Family violence can occur on many levels.  There are many forms of violence including verbal and emotional, name-calling, sexual, financial and physical abuse.  PASSAGE House Shelter provides free emergency shelter in a confidential location to women who are victims of domestic violence and their children.  Help is available 24/7 through our emergency hotline number. 

PASSAGE House, a fifteen-bed shelter, serves Niagara Falls , North Tonawanda and western Niagara County .  The PASSAGE Program provides crisis intervention and counseling services to women and their children in a secure, comfortable and home-like setting, so that the healing process can begin.
