Children under the age of 18 who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness or emotional disturbance may quality for Children’s Supportive Case Management (CSCM) services. Specially trained Children’s Supportive Case Managers meet with consumers at least 2 times/month. For more information or an application for Children’s Case Management Services call the Niagara County Department of Mental Health, SPOA Coordinator at 439-7410. There is no cost to the consumer. Funding for Case Management services is provided through the New York State Office of Mental Health and the Niagara County Department of Mental Health. Medicaid is billed, if appropriate. |
